Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Toast POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of culinary terms and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
